That will only help those who practise mass murder as THE solution to what they believe to be their problem. Seeing it in a close range perspective or as a big picture, the fact remains the same. Only if the actual responsibles for these actions are sentenced in court will this begin to end. And even so, there are always those who believe they can get away with it, and sometimes they do...
