Yes we have a stray dog problem here in Turkey but there is no excuse for not giving the animals medical treatment and food. It is a PROVEN fact (many countries) that by ("N&R") neuter and release the stray dog issue will be resolved within a few years - WHY dont the belediye follow these guidelines?????
