FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST THE WARM HOME OF ANIMALS LIVING ON THE STREET, THE ANIMAL SHELTER OF THE BEYKOZ MUNICIPALITY !!!

The WARM HOME!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA..

Beykoz is the borough with the most street dogs in Istanbul, even with the most in Turkey. The number of the dogs in the district has reached nearly 20.000

Totally ridiculous statement Mr. Major. Where did you get that amount? İ tell you from where.. from your budget. The Belediye has no doubt prepared a preliminary report asking for an sterilization budget. Crook Buyuker will receive approx 250 lira per operation (it was 230 two years ago) so.. 250*20,000= 5.000.000 YTL approx 2,5 million Euros.

Two and a half million euros… shall we try to guess the split here? İ leave it to the imagination of the readers..

We dont have to thınk too much to guess where those 2,5 million euros are going to go. You must think Turkey is full of idiots Mr. Major. Furthermore you must think Europe is full of morons too.

..This is more than the population of many districts in Istanbul. There are about 1000 dogs in the Beykoz animal shelter.

Again… wrong Mr. Major.. the exact amount was just under 2000 dogs before the Zabita and the thugs hired by the Belediye fired the few honest workers there and closed the shelter to the outside eyes.

The capacity during the former term was about 100 and with additional spaces built since 2004 the capacity was raised to 900. The shelter which offers care for different dog breeds has an emergency service, a mobile clinic car and a small hospital. The Beykoz animal shelter offers care for all dogs living on the street and is regularly inspected by 2 municipal vetenerians and one coordinator.

More mental masturbation Mr. Major.. the infrastructure you mention has been built and it is owned by Yasemin Baban and Berrin Olcay. You are effectively making illegal use of private property. You are being taking to court for this amongst other issues.

The Beykoz Munipality and the biggest animal rights organizations in Turkey DOHAYKO, Angels on the Streets (Sokaktaki Melekler) and HAYTAP organized different campaigns with the slogans “I have an earring, my vaccination is complete”, “In fact they only want to say one thing” and due to its strong and determined attitude agaist the killing of dogs the municipality is shown as exemplary in Turkey

DOHAYKO? Do you mean the organization run by that mentally unstable elderly Citirik woman that is now be taken to court for slander? The senile woman who told you that Yasemin Baban was selling injured dogs to Chinese restaurants? Angels on the streets? Who are those? What about Charlies Angels? The Hells Angels maybe? Ridiculous… This is really a joke..

The Beykoz Municipality, who often had to face animal lovers because of the killing of dogs during the former term, stopped the killing of dogs with the decision of Muharrem ERGÜL, who was chosen Mayor of Beykoz in 2004.

Ergul… the previous municipality denied the killings in exactly the same fashion that you are doing now. You are not reinventing the wheel here… unfortunately times have changed and you are facing those changes now. İn the old times you and people like you could have got away with the killings. This time thousands hundreds of people are witnessing this attrocity live. Those people promise you: You will pay for this.

There are false accusations stating that the Beykoz Municipality will close the animal shelter by giving it to private companies, that all the personnel will be dismissed and the animals will be abandoned to their fate. These accusations harm and upset us.

Poor you.. you are harmed and upset… let us cry a bit and feel sorry for you..

The truth is the personnel WAS dismissed and the animals WERE starved under supervision until a small group of people decided that enough was enough.. and then the shit hit the fan and you are right now being sprinkled with it.

Till today 2 veterinarians, 6 caretakers,2 security officers and 1 coordinator have worked for the animal shelter which is part of the sanitary management of the Beykoz Municipality. Today the same team is working for the shelter. The personnel has not been increased or reduced. The specialist veterinarians have not been changed. It is not even on our agenda that the animal shelter will be handed over to private companies and run by them.

Again.. more lies.. your best vet was fired and the team of workers entire replaced by a gang of thugs and tea-drinking zombies… you surely have increased the personel.. the shelter is now patrolled by a group of Zabitas (some sort of municipal police) that does whatever it can to cover up the atrocity.

The animal shelter of the Beykoz Municipality is open to every person and organization who wants to give support and for every volunteer who wants to help.

The false and unjust accusations about our animal loving Municipality have hit us really hard and we are very upset about this.

Animal loving municipality? WTF!!!!! Whoever wrote this must be drunk.. or drugged.. or mentally retarded.. or all of the above..

Open to every person? İn the last three weeks volonteers have jumped over the fences at times and at other instances we have had to call the jandarma who obviously has taken our side. They are as appalled about all this as we are. The jandarma is on our side Mr. Major. This alone should send a very clear message to the Turkish people.

 The animal shelter receives special food regularly every week and the costs are met by our municipality budget. It is said that in Turkey and abroad donations and aid are being collected by using the name of our shelter and that illegal selling of dogs takes place. Because of our sensitivity about this subject we had to take some precautions.

İllegal selling of dogs.. Mr. Major you are being sued for this statement.. for the slander and the defamation of character. You are being sued for trying to mask a massacre by accusing innnocent people. You have made a mistake.. you didnt properly assessed the capabilities of the people you are unfairly accusing with such repulsive lies. You made a serious mistake of judgement and what is happening to you and your municipality now is just the result of your idiotic mistake.

The animal shelter of the Beykoz Municipality is open to all animal loving volunteers and can be visited by every person and organization. We are open to visits and inspections of all non-governmental organizations who have proven themselves to be animal lovers and are known for their interest in animals.
